Jenny began caring for her own family members as a teenager, and her passion quickly grew into a commitment to serving others in her community. That same dedication shapes the way our entire team approaches care today: treating every client as though they were our own family.

Jenny Brugger
Founder & Caregiver
Hello! My name is Jenny Brugger, and caregiving has been part of my life since I was 12 years old. I began by caring for my aunts, and before long, word spread throughout my hometown. Soon after, Team Love was born. Today, I am blessed with three beautiful children who continue to inspire and shape the way I care for others. For me, caregiving isn’t work—it’s my passion. I treat every client as if they were my own family, and I hope you’ll keep TEAM LOVE in mind when choosing care for your loved one.
Walter Ryan
Business Operations & Technical Support
Walter Ryan has been an entrepreneur and self-starter since the age of 15, with a lifelong passion for technology and innovation. After an early retirement at 48, he went on to build a technology company serving doctors and dentists, helping them modernize their practices. Known for his compassion,technical skills, and sense of humor, Walter now supports Team Love Home Care behind the scenes,handling administration, back-office systems, and providing first-line technical support for applications and payroll.
Lindsay
Care Team Lead
Hello, I’m Lindsay. I’ve been a CNA for 18 years and currently serve as the Care Team Lead, managing and supervising care teams to ensure every client receives compassionate, high-quality support. I’ve worked in long-term care, in-home care, and hospital settings. Making a difference in people’s lives is what drives me, and I find purpose knowing that the care I give truly matters. When I’m not working, I’m busy with my most important role—being a mom to my four children.

Hi, I’m Angelica! I’ve been caregiving for two years in both home care and assisted living. What I love most about my work is the relationships I build—my residents feel like family to me. I believe kindness and compassion go a long way, and I strive to bring both into every day. Outside of caregiving, I enjoy singing and exploring my creativity through art.
Destiny – Caregiver
My name is Destiny, and I’m 18 years old. I’ve been a caregiver for about six months, starting in a nursing home before moving into home care. I truly enjoy building connections with clients and being there during the moments they need support the most. Outside of work, I love traveling, painting, and doing crafts. I’m also in nursing school, working toward my dream of helping people even more in the future.
Annette Machnicki-Torgerson – Caregiver
My name is Annette, and I am a semi-retired LPN with over 30 years of caregiving experience in both homes and facilities. The healthcare field has always been deeply fulfilling to me—it reflects compassion and love for humanity. I feel blessed to be in good health and enjoy working part-time while also staying active with line dancing, swing dancing, exercise classes, and all of life’s wonderful experiences.
Morgandy Brugger – Caregiver
Hi, my name is Morgandy. Growing up surrounded by family members who cared for others, I developed a passion for healthcare early on. Since starting my journey in home care, I’ve discovered how much I enjoy caregiving and how much room I have to grow. Each day inspires me to keep learning so I can provide the best care possible.

Hi, I’m Carlie! I began my healthcare career in assisted living a couple of years ago and recently transitioned into home care. What I love most is the time I get to spend with families—being welcomed into their homes and becoming a part of their daily lives. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my own friends and family.
Courtney - Caregiver
Courtney Hanssen, CNA, brings more than a decade of hands-on caregiving experience to her role. She completed her Certified Nursing Assistant training at Gateway Technical College in 2013 and has worked steadily in direct patient care since, developing reliable skills in bedside support, compassionate communication, and practical problem-solving. Courtney is known for her steady presence, warm demeanor, and commitment to improving patients’ comfort and dignity.
Born and raised in Delavan, Wisconsin, Courtney remains closely connected to her hometown and community. She prioritizes family in every part of her life and brings that same sense of care and loyalty to her work. Courtney’s approach to caregiving emphasizes respect, attentiveness, and encouragement—creating a supportive environment for patients and their families.
Outside of work, Courtney shares a busy, joy-filled home with her partner, Michael, their two daughters, two cats, and two dogs. Her favorite season is fall, when she and her family visit apple orchards, pick pumpkins, and delight in dressing up for Halloween. Though family life keeps her busy, she recharges with classic oldies and country music and pours energy into building a top-tier home for her loved ones.

Hi, I’m Joanna Kochaniak. Caregiving has always been a part of my life, starting with caring for my parents and growing into something I truly love to do for others. I have two beautiful girls that I love to spend my time with. I enjoy cooking, I adore animals, and I put my whole heart into treating every client like family.
Berna - Caregiver
Hi, my name is Berna. I’ve been a caregiver for several years, and it’s truly something I love doing. I’ve always helped care for my mom and dad, and that experience is what inspired me to support others as well. I actually worked with Team Love before, and I was known for being reliable, kind, and always willing to help wherever I was needed.
